Verdict: one of four confirmed, one touched and slipped, two still open — and the re-concentration bid moved from the basket to two names.
Last Sunday named four prices for the Magnificent Seven at their nine-month shelf. Meta confirmed: +6.7% on the week to 616.77, straight through the trendline that had capped it since January, with the 542.87 invalidation never in play. The Mag 7 fund touched and slipped: it closed Thursday at 70.43, above the 69.5 shelf, and gave it back Friday to finish at 69.44 — up half a percent on the week, the 71.4 record untouched. Nvidia added 5.9% to 230.36 and sits 2.3% under its May record close of 235.74: not yet. Tesla, +1.5% to 354.08, is still arguing with its broken trendline from below. Nothing invalidated, one thing confirmed.
The second question — does the print calendar confirm the re-concentration — got a split answer. Dell paid its beat with +23% and Nvidia and Meta carried the week, but Microsoft (−2.7%), Amazon (−3.0%) and Alphabet (−2.2%) were sold, and Broadcom, the layer-axis test, was sold 2.7% on print day to finish the week −3.0%. Friday's payrolls came in at roughly three times expectations; the market's answer was chips +3% while software −2%, with the Nasdaq 100 fund finishing the week +0.35% at 718.96 — dead centre of its 701 / 746 frame. The bid did not go back to the basket. It went to the silicon. That is this week's subject.
