Optical Transceiver
A device converting electrical signals to optical for fiber networking; LITE, COHR, and FN are pure-play beneficiaries.
An Optical Transceiver converts electrical signals into optical ones (and back) so data can travel over fiber between switches and servers. AI cluster scale-out drives demand for ever-faster transceivers (800G, 1.6T), making them one of the clearest pure-play AI-networking investments. Lumentum, Coherent, and Fabrinet are among the names with direct exposure. See Networking & Optical 101.
